0005: Duality, Dual Reality
In this episode of KAZE FM, I touch on the Hermetic Principle of Polarity and the idea that many of life’s greatest truths arrive disguised as their opposites. We examine why slowing down can actually help us move faster, why discomfort often leads to growth, why discipline creates freedom, and why the fears we avoid may be pointing toward the person we are capable of becoming.By looking beyond surface-level thinking and embracing paradox, we discover that many of the things we seek are found through what initially appears to be their opposite. Perhaps life is not a battle between opposing forces, but a dance between them... and wisdom comes from recognizing the deeper connection between the two. This episode was recorded in Sugamo, Tokyo on June 14th, 2026.

0004: The E.N.D. (Energy Never Dies)
Energy Never Dies.Every emotion, every experience, every challenge, every moment carries energy. Most of us spend our lives resisting certain energies, running from them, suppressing them, or wishing they would disappear. But what if that's the wrong approach? What if the goal isn't to fight energy, but to recognize it?To sit with it.To understand where it comes from.To comprehend what it's trying to teach us.Because once you truly understand an energy, whether it's fear, anger, nervousness, grief or anxiety, you can begin to transform it. And when you transform it, something remarkable happens: that same energy that once worked against you can begin working for you.In this episode, we're going to talk about recognizing energy, allowing it to move through us instead of controlling us, and learning how to convert life's raw experiences into something useful, meaningful, and powerful.

0003: Master(the)Mind
Most people underestimate how long it takes to change because they underestimate how long it took to become who they are. The mind is shaped by years of experiences, habits, beliefs, environments, and repeated thoughts, many of which operate beneath our awareness. In this episode, we explore why lasting transformation requires patience, repetition, and a long-term perspective. We discuss the power of neuroplasticity, the hidden programs that influence our decisions, and why progress is often happening long before results become visible. If you've ever felt frustrated by slow growth or wondered why change seems harder than it should be, this conversation is a reminder that the greatest transformations are rarely sudden, they are the result of small actions compounded over time.

0002: Gift with No Receipt
In this episode of Kaze FM, I explore a question I’ve been wrestling with: What does it mean to truly give?Whether it’s our time, attention, advice, support, or a physical gift, we often tell ourselves we’re giving freely. But beneath the surface, there can be an unspoken expectation of appreciation, recognition, loyalty, or something in return.I’ve come to realize that many of my gifts arrived with an invisible invoice attached. What makes this challenging is that the expectation isn’t always material. Sometimes it’s the desire to be seen, acknowledged, or validated. A simple “thank you” may not feel like enough because what we’re really seeking is a deeper form of recognition. When that recognition doesn’t arrive, disappointment follows. This episode is a reflection on the difference between giving as a transaction and giving as an expression of who we are. It’s about aligning not only our actions, but also our intentions, and learning how to offer something without secretly keeping score.A gift with no receipt cannot be returned, exchanged, or collected upon. It is simply given.Topics:• The hidden expectations behind giving• The desire for validation and recognition• Transactional vs. genuine generosity• Letting go of the need for reciprocity• Aligning actions with intentions• The practice of giving freely

0001: The Cost of Becoming
In this first episode of Kaze FM, I explore the foundation of personal growth: Self-Trust.Many people believe confidence comes first, but confidence is often the result of action. The paradox is that we must act before we feel ready, and in doing so, we begin to build trust in ourselves.I discuss why self-doubt is a natural part of being human, how our minds are wired to focus on risk and uncertainty, and why awareness is the first step toward breaking that pattern. This episode is ultimately about the cost of becoming - what it takes to grow into a stronger version of yourself and why self-trust may be the most important investment you ever make.Topics:• Self-trust vs. confidence• Why action must come before certainty• The evolutionary roots of self-doubt• Awareness and personal growth• The cost of becoming
