Hi, My name is Derek L. Calhoun. I will be your host for the Kingdom influencing Podcast; however, I hope to transcend the title of Host over the next coming weeks. My goal is to be a Father figure to some, a coach, mentor and or Pastor to others and a funnel of wisdom to the listening audience.I plan to wear a variety of hats as needed to help you advance your daily lives. I would also like to inspire, inform and invigorate. We will surf or delve into a wide range of topics including Business Development, Marriage and Dating, Leadership, Christian Living and Practical Theology just to name a few. I will also have special guest that will add value to our lives.Allow me to introduce myself. I dabbled around the field of law for a season. I then discovered education and my penchant for shaping the next generation. In education, I worked as an English Instructor, a Consultant, an Adjunct Professor, a Policy Advocate for Educational Reform and a Dean of Students.I spent 20 years helpin
