We got back together after a huge layoff to blow off some steam and catch up!! With the business of life taking over was good to slow down and chat!

Today we were joined by top European MMA fighter Mike Wootten who explained his journey into MMA an his experience on the ultimate fighter. He also talked about the enjoyment that he gets from the coaching aspect of MMA. after two years out of the cage he lets everyone know that he will be back in the near future so keep a look out for this extremley talented guy.
