What Comes After The Wanting
SHOW NOTESAlmost everything in the reality creation space is about wanting and getting. The scripting, the frequency work, the living from the end, all of it is oriented toward something you’re moving toward. Very little of it talks about what comes after. The season where you’re not chasing. The contentment that coexists with ambition without any friction between them. The forward movement that doesn’t need urgency to feel real.Nicole is in that season right now, genuinely, and there is a low-grade feeling that keeps surfacing about it. Shouldn’t she be pushing harder. Wanting more. Striving further. That guilt is what this episode is actually about, because that’s the last layer of programming. And naming it out loud is the more advanced conversation. This one is for anyone who has done the work, who is living it, and who keeps wondering why the peace doesn’t feel like enough of a problem.IN THIS EPISODE • The season she’s in and what it feels like • The low-grade feeling about not pushing hard enough and where it comes from • Why the reality creation space almost entirely misses this conversation • The contentment that coexists with ambition without friction • Why not pushing doesn’t mean not moving • What forward movement looks like when it doesn’t require urgency • The difference between living the work and talking about the work • What the most advanced version of reality creation isKOKORA: handmade pottery for your most intentional moments.Support The Work: buymeacoffee.com/Kokorapodcast

A Block Is Not A Command
SHOW NOTESWe've gotten very good at outsourcing our decisions to our circumstances and calling it sovereignty. The resistance is consistent, the circumstances are hard, so the teaching says trust it and go. And that teaching is not completely wrong. Sometimes a block is a redirect. But sometimes it isn't. Knowing the difference requires something harder than following the path of least resistance and calling it sovereignty.IN THIS EPISODEIn this episode, Nicole gets honest about what it looked like to be ready to make a big move, to have done the research and positioned to go, to be following the redirect script completely, and then to make a different call. The path didn't open up. She just stopped waiting for it to. What she was actually doing before deciding to stay, the research, the positioning, actively preparing to leaveThe redirect teaching and why it's not wrong, but why it isn't always right eitherThe moment something shifted, and what the real question underneath it wasWhat it means to choose a blocked reality consciousThe difference in frequency between resigned staying and chosen stayingWhat the land is giving that perfect conditions never wouldThe sovereignty question: who is actually making this decision, you or the circumstanceWhat this practice looks like going forward, working the blocks, watching the reality shiftKOKORA: handmade pottery for your most intentional moments.Support the work: buymeacoffee.com/Kokorapodcast

Building a Brand from the Energy of Love
There are two frequencies you can build from. Love or pressure. In this episode, Nicole speaks to what it looks like to build Kokora in the middle of a relocation, a life transition, and a season of real financial uncertainty, and to do it from love anyway. Because the frequency you build from travels into the work, and Kokora exists to carry something specific. This one is for anyone building something creative who has felt the moment when the thing you love starts to feel like the thing you need, and what it takes to come back to love before it goes too far.IN THIS EPISODE:The two frequencies you can build from and why only one produces work worth receivingWhat building from pressure actually looks like and how it shows up in decisionsThe coaching chapter as the clearest example of a pressure buildWhat a love build actually requires, practically and philosophicallyThe makeshift studio and what imperfect conditions are actually teachingWhy Kokora is deliberately not carrying all the financial pressureWho Kokora is actually for and why building for the right person changes everythingPricing from love not from apologyWhat scaling looks like when you actually love what you're buildingKOKORA: handmade pottery for your most intentional moments. Choosing A Life Worthy Of You
Most people stay in a version of success that looks completely right from the outside and feels completely wrong from the inside before they're willing to admit it. Because admitting it means asking a harder question, "should I be doing this at all?"In this episode, Nicole gets honest about the coaching chapter, what misalignment feels like when you're inside it, what it costs to stay past the knowing, and what changes when you stop trying to earn a life and start deciding to have one. This one is about the difference between a life that works and a life that's actually yours.IN THIS EPISODE:The difference between a life that's working and a life that's actually yoursWhat earning worthiness looks like and why it's exhausting in a specific wayThe coaching chapter, where the misalignment lived, and what finally made leaving feel sovereignWhat the matrix tells you a realistic life should look likeThe identity piece, when leaving something feels like losing yourselfWhat alignment actually feels like versus what ease feels likeWhat you actually want and why you're allowed to want all of itThe pivot to Kokora and what building from love versus pressure feels likeKOKORA: handmade pottery for your most intentional moments. Scripting: What It Is And How To Do It
Most people who try scripting feel nothing. They write the words, nothing shifts, and they decide it doesn't work. But scripting works, and the reason it's not working for most people is that they're doing it from the wrong frequency. In this episode, Nicole breaks down what scripting is, not the five-step process version, the real version. Writing from inside a reality that is already done. The law of assumption underneath all of it, why the feeling is the actual point, and the words are just the vehicle, and what to do when scripting feels impossible. This one will change how you write, and more importantly, how you live between the pages.IN THIS EPISODE:What scripting is not, and why most people are still doing it, from a frequency of wantingWhat scripting actually is, writing from the end, not toward itThe law of assumption and why assumption is a felt sense, not a thoughtWhy most people feel nothing when they script and what's actually missingHow to drop into it when it feels forced or far awayWhat you script and what you never scriptWhat happens after you put the pen downWhen scripting feels impossible, what that's telling youKOKORA: handmade pottery for your most intentional moments. It's Not Just a Mug
Show Notes:That first quiet moment of the morning, just you and whatever is in your cup, before the day has asked a single thing of you yet, is one of the most sacred moments of your entire day. And most people are having it with something they grabbed because it was just there. In this episode, Nicole talks about what objects actually hold, the intention of the person who made them, the energy of the moment you use them in, and why the things you surround yourself with are never neutral. This is about curation as a frequency practice, rituals versus routines, and what you're really buying when you choose something made with intention over something made at speed.A mug is not a mug. Once you see it, you can't unsee it.Chapters:00:00 The Essence of Kakora: Heart and Spirit01:00 Creating Your Reality Through Intention02:48 The Sacredness of Morning Rituals05:47 The Impact of Objects on Our Frequency09:13 Curating Meaningful Spaces12:01 The Power of Ritual vs. Routine14:54 Choosing Objects with Intention17:50 The Role of Handmade in Our Lives21:07 Clearing Space for New Beginnings23:58 The Journey of Self-Discovery Through ObjectsKokora: handmade pottery for your most intentional moments.

Sovereignty on a Tuesday
Sovereignty from the perspective of a regular, ordinary Tuesday, with the small decisions, the morning you design, the energy you protect, the thoughts you choose when nothing dramatic is happening, and it's just you and the day in front of you.In this first episode, Nicole gets into what it actually means to live from your truth on an ordinary day, and the moments that follow after the awakening. How you open the day, what you consume before noon, how quickly you return to yourself when things go sideways, and why the most unremarkable moments are where your reality is actually being built. This one is for anyone who knows the big concepts and is ready to talk about what they look like on a Monday. Or a Tuesday.IN THIS EPISODE:Why sovereignty lives in the small decisions, not the big shiftsThe morning as a frequency decision pointWhat you consume before noon and why it matters more than you thinkHow to return to yourself when the day goes sidewaysYour environment as part of your reality creation fieldMoney, creativity, and closing the day with intention
