Kundalini Awakening with Robert Morgen

Welcome to Kundalini Awakening. I’m Robert MorgenMy goal with this broadcast is to provide tools and resources for those interested in meditation and Kundalini Awakening. Some of the exercises that I’ve already posted here are from my Easy Meditation Course. In addition to the exercises and guided meditations I’ll also be posting some audio lessons. These mini-lectures are based on my experiences with awakening my kundalini. I’ve noticed that many people who have awakened tend to have some universal attitudes and feelings. I’ll try to talk about these in detail as much of this is fairly common in our society, we just don’t recognize it for what it is.Please feel free to leave comments and feedback and to ask questions. Even though many of the elements of Kundalini Awakening are more or less universal, the simple fact is that we are all human and the human variable means that we all have a unique perspective on what is happening to/with us.I hope this Podcast helps people al

Download this 5 minute Music Track into your iPod and then remember to take 5 minutes a couple of times a day and just clear your mind and meditate.I like these tracks because it makes it easy to just take a few minutes, even if you have a cramped schedule, and meditate without worrying about how much time you're spending. The effects of meditation are cumulative, so 5 minutes a day is better than 35 minutes once a week. These tracks come from my "Timed Meditation Tracks" CD.
