Today I am joined by Jake Bitwhistle, a highly successful Australian triathlete with 115 starts, 41 podiums and 22 wins in World Triathlon. In addition, he has also earned every colour of a Commonwealth Games medal, and represented Australia at the Olympic Games. The countdown to my European campaign is on! I am busy finalising all the logistics, while building my fitness to an all time high. Working through my final University assignments has also been a high priority. Bailey and Ellie are set to race Oceania Championships, and I cannot wait to watch them perform!

Homecoming
Ellie finishes 4th (3rd Australian) at the Oceania Triathlon Sprint Championships, Bailey completes his biggest training week since his T1D disagniosis, and I celebrate my 25th Birthday. An action packed week before turning my attention to the Australian Long Course Triathlon Championships at Geelong IRONMAN 70.3 this weekend. I am really looking forward to racing at home!
