In this video, Kyle answers Alexa’s question about feeling like she’s lost all her friends and is tired of trying to make and keep friends. What if we realized that there’s something bigger available than us “keeping” friends and that if we look deeper, we can just enjoy a true connection with ourselves and with others? What if we connected deeper to source and realized there was no such thing as “alone” and that there’s something even richer than “having” people? One of the biggest and most subtle fears people have is the fear of “wasting my life”. Kyle breaks down how dangerous this fear is and offers a more simple loving approach to living freely and in joy, which of course will make a fulfilling life.

Empathetic people are often more focused on the energies of others. This can be a good thing, but it can also come from trauma. If a person experiences trauma in childhood, they might start to unconsciously be aware of the energies outside of themselves as a form of protection. This practice causes empaths to be oversensitive to the other energies in the world out of an unconscious fear of being hurt, abandoned, abused, shamed, etc. This meditation is designed to help an empath let go of external energies, in order to reconnect with the true inner child. This guided meditation is a different type of allowing to help let go of and forgive the past. It’s a reconnection with the now. Enjoy.
