Learning the Law
by Nimesh Das Guru
Don’t pick the language; get into the essence.I repeat it so many times in the classroom that it has now acquired a rhythmic tone… a song… and this is the idea that has moved me to upload these diatribes. Calling them lectures sounds too pretentious to me.As I said, take topics beyond language and look at certain aspects of Constitutional Law more conceptually. In these podcasts, I will not be citing hundreds of judgments or literally reading the bare provisions, but will take one leading case—one landmark judgment—and dive deeply into it.Each substantive episode will end with a question
