John 2:1–11. Jesus turns water into wine to reveal that true cleansing and lasting joy cannot come from human effort. The empty jars symbolize exhausted striving, while the wine He provides points to the abundance, fulfillment, and new life only He can give.

Following Jesus is more than learning what He teaches. It is allowing Him to shape who you become. In John 1:35–51, John shows us that discipleship begins with coming to Jesus, staying with Him, and letting that encounter transform the way we live.
