If you want a job with this kind of flexibility go find another one, get a fresh skill set, start a business - but for state jobs, shouldn't we have in person accountability? But beyond that, just how bad did they screw up work place culture with covid shut downs. I mean people are used to this and they love it, now you're gonna take it away from them? Do you risk even worse results from unmotivated workers? Stressed workers from commutes? Poorer workers from the added costs of commuting and child care?
