Walk MS has been a HUGE part of my MS journey. I've met friends, found support, and found community through these events. I even started my very own Walk MS team, which this podcast is named after!

In this episode, I talk about where you can find support as an MS patient. Social media and support groups are very important ways to connect with others and find support.

Cognitive issues in MS are frustrating, sometimes embarrassing. But a lot of us deal with this. I talk about that in this episode. Also, check out my story of one moment that I had an embarrassing gaffe at a Walk MS event.

Heat Intolerance affects between 60 to 80% of people with MS. In this episode I talk about the reasons why and my own experiences with heat intolerance.
