Should I wait to get my mortgage, or refinance, just in case the rates go down?  If I'm a new homebuyer, what do I need to qualify for a home loan?   Should I use a mortgage company or a bank to get my mortgage?  What about reverse mortgages?  Are they a good option for someone who is retired and has a lot of equity in their home?     Mychal Kendricks of the former Cleveland Browns, pled guilty to insider trading and recently signed by the Seattle Seahawks, knowing of this pleading guilty. Many responses to the Seahwawks signing Kendricks were met with meh, it's a victimless crime. Is that a valid statement? Wes talks about the Rule of Law and the importance of abiding by the laws of the land. Either follow them, or abolish them. He discusses other examples of laws that are routinely broken. Is abiding by certain laws subjective, or objective? If you came to a stoplight at 2am in the morning. No one is around. Do you wait until it turns green, or do you run the red light? Thought provoking conversation that requires some answers.
