What Decentering Men Actually Looks Like

In this episode, I’m sharing what decentering men has looked like for me in real life. After divorce, therapy, and a lot of self-reflection, I’ve been learning how often I self-abandoned in relationships — and how necessary it has been to rebuild a life that feels full, grounded, joyful, and centred outside of romantic love.I talk through the practical steps I’m taking in this season: stepping away from active dating, cultivating hobbies, strengthening my relationship with God, investing in my professional growth, and being intentional about sisterhood and joy. This is not a “finished product” episode. It’s an honest conversation from the middle of the work. If you’re also trying to choose yourself, heal, and build a life you genuinely love, I hope this gives you language, encouragement, and maybe even a blueprint.Let me know in the comments: what does building a life you love look like for you? #DecenteringMen #HealingAfterDivorce #ChristianPodcast

What 2025 Took, Taught & Transformed

In this reflective year-end episode, I’m closing the chapter on 27 and stepping into 28. I reflect on a year that began in one place and ended somewhere completely different — a year marked by purpose, growth, loss, and deep becoming.I touch on pop culture moments that stayed with me — including my thoughts on the P Diddy documentary — and reflect on my recent trip to Zanzibar, a place that reminded me how to dream again, reconnect with wonder, and reimagine what’s possible for my life. I talk about the milestones that shaped me: finally walking a graduation stage after years of waiting, finding fulfilment in my career, building soul-deep friendships, starting Live Again after years of contemplation (and seeing it recognised by Apple Podcasts), growing Let Live Socials into a space of real community for girls in Cape Town, and receiving affirmation for my creative work. This episode doesn’t shy away from the harder parts either. I speak candidly about watching my marriage fall apart, navigating divorce, and how — even in heartbreak — my relationship with God deepened in ways I didn’t expect. If you’re closing out a year that changed you, this one’s for you.You can also find this podcast on: Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/za/podcast/live-again-with-sibahle/id1839779120 Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/2qGLZ6QeoNEqP45fDlZgi3?si=de6ff3ae5db34e63Connect with me: Email me at: [email protected]: https://www.tiktok.com/@sibahlemuthwa Personal Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sibahle_muthwa/ Podcast Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/liveagainwithsibahle/#Liveagainpodcast #liveagainwithsibahle #podcast #Faith #God #christianity #divorce #popculture

I Didn't Pray For God To Save My Marriage

That's it for 2025! I think? Lol, in today's episode we reflect on lessons learned from 2025 but specifically things I learned about my faith. We talk about my top sermons of the year and what I'm walking into the new year holding onto. Pastors referenced to are: Pastor Steven Furtick and Dr. Dharius Daniels. I hope you enjoy! Let me know either in the comments or by rating and reviewing. I will see you in the new year! (or in 2 weeks, who knows! lol).

Returning to GOD after you've been hurt

In this deeply personal episode, I share how the It’s Not Supposed to Be This Way YouVersion Bible Plan by Lysa TerKeurst helped me return to God after a season where disappointment made me drift from Him.When life doesn’t go the way we imagined, our faith can feel shaken. We praise God when things look “normal,” question Him when they don’t, and sometimes even walk away when it feels like He allowed the very thing that broke us.Together, we explore four truths that helped me rebuild my relationship with God:How our assumptions about what a “good God” should do can leave us disappointedHow unprocessed hurt can distort God’s love story if we allow it to.How wrestling with unmet expectations can actually draw us closer to God, not further away. How our “I don’t know” seasons can quietly strengthen our trust, our surrender, and our confidence in His goodness. If you’ve ever felt disappointed, confused, or hurt by God — or if you’ve ever wondered how to come back after drifting — this episode is for you.#Faith #GOD #Christianity #Deconstruction

    This Is How You Heal

In this episode, we dive deep into the art of intentional healing after life’s most difficult seasons. Join me as we explore the delicate balance between allowing yourself to “rot” as part of the grieving process while avoiding the trap of staying stuck in cycles that prolong your suffering. This episode is for anyone who’s walked through heartbreak, loss, or major life transitions and is ready to heal intentionally rather than just survive. If this episode resonated with you, please take a moment to like, subscribe/follow, rate, and review the podcast.
