Unity With God - Pr Derek
From these incredible Bible stories in Luke, we discover the potential power of proximity and proclamation in saving. By following Jesus and the Holy Spirit-filled disciples, we can become excited, joyful and anticipate the same unity with God the Father and Son that Jesus experienced. This unity is the purpose of saving people.Let Busselton know that God has sent us with purpose and mission to those longing to know Him. There are two projects in motion that you can become involved with to be in proximity with your community and proclaim the gospel to them. The harvest is plentiful, but the labourers are few.

Are we there yet! - Roger Millist
Roger and Carol joined a group re-enacting Bubsie’s journey. It recounts the true story of Nevill Westwood and Greg Davies, two young men who drove a second-hand Citroën from Perth to Darwin in 1925, becoming the first to circumnavigate mainland Australia. The Adventure weaves together Australian history, faith, and Indigenous connections. The men aimed to visit isolated communities and identify areas where the Seventh-day Adventist Church could benefit the Aboriginal people. In 2025, leaving Bickley, they met many people connected to the original travellers and visited the places they had visited and the detours they took to Darwin. The story of Abraham’s faith-filled journey, filled with both good and morally challenging detours, is compared to our own personal journey with God. Some detours have lasting consequences, while others lead to positive outcomes. God has provided a way for us to journey with Him, trusting and following His guidance. The end of our earthly journey is near, but it’s just the beginning of a new one with God. Like Neville, we can make a difference in the world by helping others. Are you there yet?

Under New Management - Jeremy Price
Most of us are acquainted with individuals we would describe as fervent or fanatic Christians. The human heart is inherently deceptive. Radical conversions have occurred throughout history, involving three biblical figures and the speaker: King Saul, Saul of Tarsus, Jeremy Price, and Peter. We all require a recalibration of our beliefs. Until we encounter God through the Holy Spirit, who speaks His words without any human intervention, we remain unaware of His presence. We must have a personal connection to God, and surrendering to Him is the most challenging aspect of our faith.Exalt Christ and implore the Holy Spirit to pour out His divine presence upon us.As scripture says, Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.
