I can’t remember how or why I use to feel so much pressure and anxiety about what people thought of me. I know that it was embedded in me as a child, but as an adult I had to learn how to break free from needing to feel valuable, validated and loved by others. I now know that not everyone I meet is going to be my friend, be honest, or return my love, but thats OK.
