Loose Goose Radio Show

This is a bit of an unusual one. Peter Jachimiak received a mysterious missive on his way to the radio studios, a CD from a previously unknown band, apparently based in Wales, called Anonymous Iconoclasts. Peter was impressed by the album and it inspired us to create this slightly different Loose Goose Radio Show.

Here's a rather special edition of the Loose Goose. We provide an update on 'Welsh Mod, Clean Living Under Different Circumstances', talk to its author Claire Mahoney and catch up with male model, Peter 'Pin-up' Jachimiak. There is another really cool playlist, including music by Tony Christie and Johnny Dankworth.

We recently lost a true maverick, non-conformist musical madman in Mark E Smith. Daryl Perrins uses this edition of the Goose to pay tribute to the work of The Fall, in a way that Smith himself would hopefully have enjoyed...

The Loose Goose is back! This one features an in-depth interview with music journalist, Claire Mahoney. enthusing about music, Wales, journalism and her forthcoming book: Welsh Mod - Our Story. Claire would like to dedicate this edition of the Loose Goose to her friend and BBC Radio Wales colleague, the much missed Alan 'Thommo' Thompson.
