SABC News and Current Affairs — ANC Deputy President David Mabuza and NEC member Zweli Mkhize are to be sworn in as members of parliament tomorrow. This may be the clearest indication that a cabinet reshuffle is imminent, after much pressure on President Cyril Ramaphosa to replace a number of ministers perceived to be incompetent or linked to corruption and the controversial Gupta family.Cabinet ministers are required to be members of parliament, although the Constitution allows for two ministers to be exempt from this provision.

Makhura says as the Gauteng government they welcome the ANC's resolution to expropriate of land without compensation, but he's echoed President Cyril Ramaphosa's warning that this must be done without compromising food security. Makhura delivered the state of the province address in Johannesburg today
