Starting from pole, Verstappen held off the McLaren pair of Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, who crossed the line in second and third respectively. The result closes the championship gap, leaving Verstappen just a single point behind leader Norris.A standout moment came from 18-year-old Kimi Antonelli. Meanwhile, Lewis Hamilton, now racing in Ferrari red, finished seventh and shared hope for upcoming car upgrades to boost competitiveness.British GT Championship: Donington ParkThe British GT season kicked off at Donington Park with a strong statement from 2 Seas Motorsport, who stormed to victory in the GT3 category. But the big question: could he win over Paul and Tiff with his on-track performance?NASCAR Cup Series: Goodyear 400 – Darlington RacewayDenny Hamlin continued his hot streak, capturing his second consecutive win with a clutch performance at the Goodyear 400. It was the 56th win of his career. After a late caution, Hamlin nailed both the pit stop and overtime restart to seal the deal. William Byron dominated the majority of the race, leading a staggering 243 laps, but a late pit strategy saw him settle for second place. From F1 icons and teenage prodigies to GT surprises and NASCAR drama, it’s been a week full of unpredictable twists, fierce competition, and unforgettable moments — all here On the Grid.
