La visita del papa pone en el foco al barrio madrileño de Lucero
La visita del papa León XIV al centro de Cáritas para personas sin hogar CEDIA, en el barrio Lucero, ha vuelto a poner en el foco el problema social y de inseguridad en una de las zonas con más delincuencia y narcotráfico de Madrid. La última redada policial y la muerte en 2024 de un toxicómano frente a uno de los narco pisos en la calle Cullera marcaron un punto de inflexión.
