MADURAI PUBLIC SCHOOL READING MONTH REPORT We proudly inaugurated Reading Month in celebration of Reading Day- JUNE 19, to ignite a spark of curiosity and imagination among our young learners of MPS. The unveiling of the portrait of Shri P.N. Panicker, honouring the visionary behind India’s library movement. His motto — “Read and Grow” — echoed in every heart as we stepped into a month filled with the magic of stories, words, and imagination. Our students and teachers joined in harmony to Pledge the love for reading books. Reading Day – Reading Month program was initiated by Librarian Mr. RajaMohan who said “A library is not just a room full of books — it is a world of dreams, questions, ideas, and adventures”. Director Mr. C . Muthaiah inspired the students with curiosity, enthusiasm, and the joy of discovering new words through reading in this fast-paced digital age. Principal Mrs. R.
