    Manifesting Nonsense Trailer

Welcome to Manifesting Nonsense, where two therapists who are genuinely curious about living well (and slightly skeptical) ask: of all the wellness trends out there, what actually helps? Each week, we dig into the latest mental health fads flooding your feed, the history, the research, and everything beyond one person’s testimonial, and give you our honest take: all in, dip a toe, or hell no. Because...well...you deserve more than a convincing influencer. Join us weekly.Have a topic you want us to explore?
