'We're just five Hey Boys from the Isle of Man': Silo on their 'insane' rise
Guitarist Lar Crookall and bassist Dario Leonetti from Manx post-hardcore five-piece Silo chat to Siobhán about their busy week (to say the least!). The group have dropped the first single ('Crawl in a Bottle') off their upcoming debut album 'Haze' which comes out on 1 May. It reached number 14 on the Kerrang! Chart, and came with the news they've been signed to Easy Life Records.

JACK's FINAL RECORD STORE DAY
Jack Doyle played a huge part in restarting the Island's interest in vinyl when he started his Sound Records pop up shop in Onchan almost 10 years ago. Sound Records has grown and grown and is now the only Island retailer accredited for Record Store Day. But Jack is waving goodbye to the business this year, so Christy caught up with him - from the shop itself - as RSD2025 came to a close. Shennaghys Jiu is BACK! The 26th instalment of the local festival kicks off in Ramsey tomorrow evening (Thursday 3 April). It gives young people the chance to play music, dance, and share Manx culture. Organiser Juan Garrett popped into the Live Lounge to tell Siobhán all about it.
