In July of 2023, Rachel Waters was wrongfully accused of killing her own Mother. As her primary caregiver and the person who administered morphine from a hospice provided 'comfort care pack' in her final hours, Rachel was subsequently charged with murder in 2025. This is a terrifying story of injustice and grief. What happened to Rachel will never be forgotten but what she is doing now to prevent others from facing the same insane circumstances is truly inspiring.
