Masterfesto Meditations

Meditation is a time to be with yourself; a time to connect with your breath; a time to be present; a time to be with your own rhythm; a time to be in love with your life. Meditation is stillness within; mental calmness; inner-peace and spiritual growth. Meditation is not concentration, loss of control, exercise or mental effort. There are many benefits to meditation. It releases stress, calms the mind, promotes inner peace, improves health, promotes spiritual growth, can lower blood pressure if done continuously, can help relieve depression, insomnia, sleeplessness, anxiety and worry, can increase productivity, learning, happiness and well-being. This Podcast, Masterfesto Meditations, will post five days per week, Monday through Friday at 12:00am. Each meditation will be between 12 - 20 minutes with a short introduction. Great for beginners and for seasoned meditators.
