Doug was at Landmark Church for the first day of public ticket sales to the 20th annual Gridiron Kickoff, set for Aug. 3 at the church and featuring ESPN's Rece Davis and the SEC Network's Cole Cubelic. Joining him were Buddy Bell, Brian Davis and Michael Murphy.

Doug and Scott were at the 9th annual Jim Wilson Memorial Alabama FCA golf tournament at Wynlakes, with guests including Shon Lee, Dr. Gary Cramer, Josh Ford, Will Sanders, Jeff Allen and Steve Cutler.

Doug was joined by Jake Farmer and Lindsey Bonner on the Friday edition of the program, with weekly guest Mark Smartt hopping on as well.

Doug was at 17 Springs to promote the USSSA Alabama baseball and softball World Series, to be split at 17 Springs and the Wetumpka Sports Complex. In addition to weekly guests Christian Griffin, Will Fisher, Mike Turk and Mike Gittens, Doug welcomed in Millbrook and Elmore County leaders Al Kelly, Richie Beyer, Michael Gay, Bart Mercer, Art Faulkner and Ashleigh Jackson.

Doug and Jake honored the memory of the late, great Jim Fyffe on the 23rd anniversary of his death, playing audio clips and sharing memories with his daughter Jenni and his former Auburn Network color analyst Charlie Trotman. Doug and Charlie each spent more than a decade working with the multi-time winner of the Broadcaster of the Year Award in Alabama

Doug was at Dabos Park to promote the Biscuits series with Biloxi, and from the Conductor's Club welcomed guests Ben Taylor, Kevin Scarbinsky and Kyle George. Biscuits GM Michael Murphy and radio voice Luke Moehle joined in as well.
