PS 1:1-2, 3, 4 and 6R. (40:5a) Blessed are they who hope in the Lord.Blessed the man who follows notthe counsel of the wickedNor walks in the way of sinners,nor sits in the company of the insolent,But delights in the law of the LORDand meditates on his law day and night.R. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.

Jesus, you are my King. Without you my life has no meaning, with you everything in life has a purpose. Shape me, mold me, change me from the inside out. I want to serve you forever and ever. Amen.

Psalm 30:5For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime;weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.

In God, whose word I praise—in God I trust and am not afraid. Psalm 103:17-18But from everlasting to everlasting the Lord’s love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children’s children— with those who keep his covenant and remember to obey his precepts.

John 14:27 27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.

Holy, Holy, Holy, God of power and might. Heaven and earth are full of your glory. Hosanna in the highest.Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest.

Heavenly Father, have mercy upon us. Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy upon us. Holy Spirit, have mercy upon us. Fill our hearts with Your Love Sacred Heart of Jesus, and help us love those around us as you love them.

Hebrews 11:1 11:1 Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, nothing compares to You. No one can heal like You do. No one can restore like You do.Praise be to Your Holy Name Jesus. Alleluia!

To think that if You had not been merciful to me I would be walking around with out You. Sacred Heart of Jesus, my life would have been a total mess, but You are with me now. You guide me, you comfort me, you guide me. You do so much for me! Thank you Jesus. I love you.

Lord, my heart needs to be changed and purified. Help me Sacred Heart of Jesus, save me from myself. Fill my heart with a great love for You, that I may serve you and worship You with my every act. Amen.

Holy Spirit help us we pray, to be more inclined to Your leading. We need You desperately, have mercy on us.

Thank you Lord for another day! As I sleep tonight Christ watch over me and my family. Send You Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with a great love for You. Guide us and keep us always.

There is no greater name than the Holy Name of Jesus. Praise and honor be to Your Holy Name Lord!When is comes to love, mercy and compassion the generous Sacred Heart of Jesus is the only One worthy of all thanks and praise.Holy, Holy, Holy Lord, may all creation prostrate before You. May every human being worship You by deed, so that when they worship from their lips they will truly honor You.

John 14:1-14Jesus said, "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house there are many dwelling places. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, so that where I am, there you may be also. And you know the way to the place where I am going." Thomas said to him, "Lord, we do not know where you are going. How can we know the way?" Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you know me, you will know my Father also. From now on you do know him and have seen him."Philip said to him, "Lord, show us the Father, and we will be satisfied." Jesus said to him, "Have I been with you all this time, Philip, and you still do not know me? Whoever has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, `Show us the Father'? Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on my own; but the Father who dwells in me does his works. Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; but if you do not, then believe me because of the works themselves. Very truly, I tell you, the one who believes in me will also do the works that I do and, in fact, will do greater works than these, because I am going to the Father. I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If in my name you ask me for anything, I will do it."

Psalm 130:4-8But with you there is forgiveness, so that we can, with reverence, serve you.5 I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits, and in his word I put my hope.6 I wait for the Lord more than watchmen wait for the morning, more than watchmen wait for the morning.7 Israel, put your hope in the Lord, for with the Lord is unfailing love and with him is full redemption.8 He himself will redeem Israel from all their sins.

Brothers and sisters, one thing that we can all agree on, regardless of denominational affiliation is that sin is rampant. I say this, not because I am looking at the world from my righteous seat, but because by the mercy of God, as I write these words I am looking at my wretched heart.So if there is some judging to do by me, let it be of my own corruptness, and when it comes to the world I should be concerned with sharing the love of Christ by action and as St. Francis of Assisi said "when necessary use words".So this whole mentality of pointing fingers at the world in contempt needs to stop; this clenching of the fist against those who we consider grave sinners needs to stop; this pushing those who we do not consider to be worthy away must stop.Encouraging others to follow Christ can be far more effective than telling them that they are going to hell. Not that we should not preach the full Gospel, but that the Good News should be gift wrapped with acts of love, compassion, mercy, tolerance, forgiveness and generosity. If I want to show the world that they should not sin then let me demonstrate it by my own pure living and not by my words, other than that, I should allow the Holy Spirit be the one pointing out sin.Think about this for a moment: Did you fall in love with Jesus because He pointed out to you all the things that are wrong with you on a daily basis? Or did you fall in love with Jesus because He loved you first in spite of the fact that there was plenty that He could have pointed out was wrong with your life? Was it not the kindness of the Sacred Heart of Jesus that attracted you to Him? Was it not His love that knocked down the walls of perdition from your heart?So then, if we are to be truly thankful to Christ Jesus for His forgiveness, let there be love towards others around us. If we are to truly worship and glorify our Lord, let there be love from us to all, even our enemies. I hate to say it brothers and sisters, but talk is cheap. Let’s stop talking and let’s start loving.Sacred Heart of Jesus, we do not know how to love! Please help us to love as You love us. Amen.

This prayer is great for times when you do not have the words to say before the Lord. It is a lead way to pouring out your heart in repentance.

I am sorry for my sins Lord. I promise to change my heart.

And day by day the Lord added to their number those who were being saved.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, you always look out for us, You always provide for us. You are so merciful and generous.Help us to always remember the greatness of your love for us. In that way we may always praise You and thank You. Amen.

Mark 8:34-38Jesus called the crowd with his disciples, and said to them, "If any want to become my followers, let them deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. For those who want to save their life will lose it, and those who lose their life for my sake, and for the sake of the gospel, will save it. For what will it profit them to gain the whole world and forfeit their life? Indeed, what can they give in return for their life? Those who are ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of them the Son of Man will also be ashamed when he comes in the glory of his Father with the holy angels."
