<質問を締めくくる-2> “I enjoyed your presentation, thank you!” ...

“We would like to continue our study to solve these issues that you emphasized in your presentation.”
<質問を締めくくる-1> “We would like to continue our study to solve these issues that you emphasized in your presentation.” 医学者は,"Medical Politician(医学の政治家)" になってはいけません。
-
“I would not think that true NPH is as common as you demonstrated.”
<自分の考えを述べる-5> “I would not think that true NPH is as common as you demonstrated.”
-
“We also have many patients with NPH, and the diagnostic imaging shows aqueductal stenosis in most of them."
<自分の考えを述べる-4> “We also have many patients with NPH, and the diagnostic imaging shows aqueductal stenosis in most of them."
-
“I understand that the diagnostic imaging is limited, but a large number of cases in your patients would be very particular and interesting.”
<自分の考えを述べる-3> “I understand that the diagnostic imaging is limited, but a large number of cases in your patients would be very particular and interesting.”
-
“We have had a big discussion on this point also in Japan, and I would say that it is not generally accepted.”
<自分の考えを述べる-2> “We have had a big discussion on this point also in Japan, and I would say that it is not generally accepted.”
-
“No one has successfully conducted an experimental study of LOVA, but I wonder if you could with your technique.”
<自分の考えを述べる-1> “No one has successfully conducted an experimental study of LOVA, but I wonder if you could with your technique.” I wonder if …”...
-
“The generally accepted consensus in treatment for NPH is shunt surgery, but I would like to know if there are any specific benefits with your treatment method.”
<具体的な質問を投げかける-3> “The generally accepted consensus in treatment for NPH is shunt surgery, but I would like to know if there are any specific benefits with your treatment method.”
-
“I had same results, but what do you think the mechanisms of the late onset of the symptoms in the later stage of LOVA.”
<具体的な質問を投げかける-2> 自分の研究結果と同様の場合, “I had same results, but what do you think the mechanisms of the late onset of the symptoms in the later stages of LOVA.”
-
“I would like to ask you why the CSF dynamics did not show any blockage in your patients which is different from our experience.”
<具体的な質問を投げかける-1> 自分の研究結果と異なる場合, “I“I would like to ask you why the CSF dynamics did not show any blockage in your patients which is different from our experience.”
-
“I have a similar experience in that our patient became symptomatic after 40 years of age.”
<疑問が出てきた背景を伝える-3> 同様の経験を示す場合, “I have a similar experience in that our patient became symptomatic after 40 years of age.”
-
“Our data demonstrated some different results from your conclusion.”
<疑問が出てきた背景を伝える-2> 反対意見を述べる場合, “Our data demonstrated some different results from your conclusion.”

"Our results published in the Journal of Neurosurgery 2000 shows that LOVA is always high-pressure hydrocephalus."
<疑問が出てきた背景を伝える-1> エビデンスを示す場合, "Our results published in the Journal of Neurosurgery 2000 shows that LOVA is always high-pressure hydrocephalus."
-
“Your study demonstrated clearly the different pathophysiology between NPH and LOVA.”
<質問に関わる発表内容を明確にする> “Your study demonstrated clearly the different pathophysiology between NPH and LOVA.”
-
“Regarding the definition of NPH, I have different point of view.”
<質問の主旨を述べる> “Regarding the definition of NPH, I have different point of view.”
-
“I would like to congratulate you on this excellent study.”
<発表者に対して賛辞を述べる> “I would like to congratulate you on this excellent study.” 後輩格にあたる場合は…, "I learned a lot from your excellent study!"
