Meet Me There

The time has come for a highly anticipated trailer episode! Thank you for meeting me here in this heart-centered space of storytelling and self awareness. This podcast has been a LONG time coming, as I have received and endless amount of requests to share publicly, what has up until now been only on my private social feed.    August 11th will forever hold significance in our family circle and felt like true kairos time to allow this to be amplified in speakers near and far. Not only was it the day that my mother-in-law passed away, it was also the day that I found a lump in my breast at 37 years young...a lump that later proved to be an aggressive form of breast cancer. Today, I honor her and thank her for the son she brought into this world who has carried me through one of the most trying times in my life. She lives on in the faces of our two sweet babies and showed up for me in spirit 2 years ago, reminding me to pay attention.   Join me in this trailer episode as I invite you into the tender and trying moment that changed the trajectory of my life and how it woke me up to truly begin LIVING!
