On this episode of the Mile High Podcast, you'll hear from Dr. Beth Zogg, a Chiropractic educator, President of the J. Clay Thompson Technique Foundation, granddaughter of Dr. Clay Thompson, and a longtime advocate for preserving Thompson Technique, Chiropractic history, and principled analysis in practice. 🎙️What High Retention Really Looks Like - Dr. Miles Bodzin

On this episode of the Mile High Podcast, you'll hear from Dr. Miles Bodzin, founder and CEO of Cash Practice Systems, a former high-retention wellness practitioner, best-selling author, and longtime advocate for helping Chiropractors create stronger systems and better patient follow-through.  With nearly two decades in practice, he went on to support chiropractors full-time through software, speaking, and education. This conversation speaks directly to one of the biggest growth challenges in practice and retention. Dr. Miles shares how his own path into Chiropractic started after a season of feeling lost in engineering, followed by a moment of clarity around service, purpose, and the power of removing interference so the body can work better. That message shaped his future and eventually shaped the systems that have helped thousands of Chiropractors. 🎙️In this episode, you'll hear: ✔️The biggest difference between a pay-per-visit practice and a recurring revenue practice ✔️Why retention starts with clarity about what you truly deliver ✔️How a care plan creates direction instead of turning care into a random event ✔️Why monthly recurring payments create stability for your practice and your patients ✔️How feedback and simple progress tracking keep people engaged ✔️Why education matters most when it supports a clear process ✔️How better systems create more freedom, stronger retention, and better outcomes This conversation brings your attention to a simple truth. You will receive the biggest value from Chiropractic when care is experienced as a process, not as a one-time event. When your systems, communication, finances, and recommendations all support that message, you create more trust, more consistency, and more opportunity for people to stay connected to care. 🎧 Tune in now and feel the energy that filled the Mile High stage:  👉 Listen on Spotify | Apple | YouTube | Libsyn If you want to help more people stay under care, grow with greater confidence, and build a practice that feels strong from the inside out, this episode will give you a lot to think about. 🎙️ When You're On Purpose, You're Not Alone – Dr. Richelle Knowles

On today's episode of the Mile High Podcast, you're revisiting the Mile High 10 stage with a powerful presentation from Dr. Richelle Knowles. Her message centers on one of the most important foundations of Chiropractic. Purpose. Dr. Richelle reminds the audience of a phrase often shared by Dr. Chris Kent: "When you're on purpose, you're not alone." Many chiropractors experience moments in practice when the pressure feels heavy. Running a practice, managing a team, caring for patients, and navigating the business side of healthcare can feel overwhelming. At times, it can feel isolating. Yet Chiropractic has always been about something much bigger than the individual doctor. It is about service. It is about purpose. In this talk, Dr. Richelle shares stories from her own practice that remind us why chiropractors continue showing up every day. She describes caring for a young woman with multiple sclerosis whose body responded immediately to care, and she shares the transformation of families who were already doing everything right for their health, yet still needed Chiropractic to help their nerve systems function at their highest level. Those moments reveal the truth of the profession. Chiropractic changes lives. The daily stress, the challenges of business, and the countless responsibilities of practice can easily distract from that truth. Yet the purpose of Chiropractic always brings the focus back to what matters most: the people in your care and the lives being impacted by your work. Dr. Richelle also speaks about the importance of building purpose-driven practices. A clear purpose enables chiropractors and their teams to stay aligned, serve their communities more effectively, and remain grounded in the profession's mission. Purpose connects the doctor, the team, and the patients who walk through the door. Purpose reminds chiropractors that they are part of something larger than themselves. As we recognize Women's History Month, a time to celebrate the leadership and influence of women who continue to shape the future of Chiropractic. Dr. Richelle's work as a doctor, educator, and mentor reflects the impact women bring to the profession every day. 🎧 Listen to the episode and share it with a colleague who would appreciate this reminder of why Chiropractic matters. 📍 Mile High 2026       August 20–23, 2026       Denver, Colorado Register now at  👉 RiseUpToMileHigh.com In celebration of Women's History Month, you can use the special promo codes: Chiropractors: BRINGADC Students: BRINGASTUDENT P.S. 🎙️ The House Always Wins – Dr. Richelle Knowles

On this episode of the Mile High Podcast, you will hear a replay of a powerful presentation delivered by Dr. Richelle Knowles at Mile High Thirteen. During this talk, Dr. Richelle addressed a topic that many chiropractors feel yet rarely discuss openly: the importance of building a strong, financially sustainable practice to protect and advance the profession of Chiropractic. Chiropractic exists in a unique position within healthcare. The profession operates in what can only be described as a David and Goliath environment, where large pharmaceutical companies and major insurance systems dominate the healthcare landscape. Chiropractors succeed through clarity, service, and the strength of their community. That reality makes business leadership an essential responsibility for every chiropractor. In this episode, Dr. Richelle explains that running a successful practice cannot rely on chance, optimism, or hoping that patients will eventually find you. Long-term success requires systems, clear leadership, trained teams, and a commitment to knowing the numbers that guide the health of a practice. You will hear Dr. Richelle share insights, including: • Why many chiropractors unintentionally run their practices like a casino instead of a system • How strong financial foundations allow chiropractors to support their families, their communities, and the profession itself • Why predictable systems are more powerful than random marketing efforts • How leadership, team development, and clear communication create a stable practice environment • Why consistent actions over time produce the real "jackpot" in practice success This message is ultimately about responsibility. When chiropractors build thriving practices, they gain the ability to support schools, contribute to research, mentor the next generation, and bring Chiropractic care to more families around the world. In recognition of Women's History Month, this episode also celebrates the leadership and contributions of women in Chiropractic. From the earliest days of the profession to the present moment, women have played a vital role in shaping the philosophy, education, and future direction of Chiropractic. Dr. Richelle continues that legacy through her work with Network Family Wellness Center, Lifetime Wellness Practice, and her teaching around the world. 🎧 Listen to the episode and share it with a colleague who would benefit from hearing this message. 📍 Mile High 2026 August 20–23, 2026 Denver, Colorado Register here: 👉 RiseUpToMileHigh.com Women's History Month special codes: Chiropractors: BRINGADC Students: BRINGASTUDENT Be on higher ground.   P.S. A traumatic forceps delivery. Neurological challenge, seizures, medication. After exhausting the medical approach, his parents brought him to a chiropractor. It was not instant. It was not dramatic. It was progressive. Over time, the seizures decreased. His spark returned, and his health returned. His life trajectory changed. In that moment, Chiropractic was no longer a career choice. It was a calling. For 35 years, Dr. Joe has built one of the largest Chiropractic practices in the country, serving thousands of families every year. No gimmicks. No shortcuts. 🎙️ Attention Is the New Currency – Robert DeLude

On this episode of the Mile High Podcast, you'll hear from Robert DeLude, founder of PodcastDude.com and the voice behind The Content Outlaw. Robert is not a chiropractor. And that may be exactly why this conversation is so important. After a car accident and years of shoulder pain that led to prescribed painkillers and eventually addiction, Robert found Chiropractic through a NetworkSpinal experience that changed everything. Within seconds, something shifted, pain disappeared, and perspective changed. He now openly shares that if he had discovered chiropractic sooner, his life might have taken a completely different path. That perspective fuels his mission. Robert works with chiropractors to stop marketing like a commodity and start building authority, attention, and trust. 🎧 In this episode, you'll hear: • Attention is the new currency • How $29 specials quietly damage long-term value • Why crack videos attract the wrong expectations • How to build premium, long-term patients instead of price shoppers • Why authenticity beats polished, over-edited marketing This is not about being louder. It is about being clearer about who you are, what you stand for, and the value of Chiropractic. If your marketing does not align with your philosophy, you will attract patients who are misaligned with your values. If your message is watered down, your authority is diluted. This conversation is bold, honest, and necessary. 🎧 Listen now. Share it with a doctor who needs to hear it. And remember … There may be many summits. 🎙️ It Just Makes Sense – Dr. Eddie Weller

The very special guest on this episode of The Mile High Podcast is Eddie Weller, a DC from the St. Louis, Missouri, area. His practice is known as "Getting Weller"!   He's been serving the Chiropractic profession both internally by training students and doctors alike and by serving over 10,000 people in a little over two decades. He has always sought to add hope to those who feel as if they have tried everything. The truth is, the body doesn't need any assistance. It just needs to have nothing compromising its functioning. He heard that from a Chiropractor when he was 19 years old.   He had suffered from IBS and struggled terribly in school. After having his spine analyzed and adjusted, proper nerve system function transformed his life both physically and psychologically. This was the catalyst to his "why."   Dr. Eddie says, "Over the past 20+ years, I have seen miracle after miracle. Life as we know it emanates through your nerve system. If something where to compromise your nerve system, in time, your body (or mind) grows into a health condition. In turn, when your nerve system is restored to proper function, your body then has the opportunity to do all that it can to thrive."   He's the author of three books, It Just Makes Sense,  The Infrared Thermography Textbook, and Dr. Bones. His fourth book is coming out soon.   Dr. Eddie has been a speaker and presenter at Mile High Weekends in the past and is a frequent guest on this Podcast, diving deep into clinical excellence, the journey toward chiropractic, and how you can make such an impact by focusing on the philosophy and science, and art of chiropractic.   He recently launched The Chiro Legacy Club, to help you create a legacy and his 100 Certification on Thermography. To say that Eddy is busy making a difference is an understatement.     On this podcast, you'll hear about: The importance of using objective data and instrumentation to assess patient progress It Just Makes Sense about Infrared Thermography Focusing on your core competency Standing out by delivering exceptional chiropractic care And MUCH more!   Enjoy this episode, and when you see him in person at Mile High, say hello!
