In this week's episode, we got to sit down with Esther Atkins. She is a former run pro, 11 marathons under her time were sib 2:40. She OTQd on 3 different olympic trial cycles. Safe to say Esther is top class when it comes to running. In the episode, we start from the beginning where she details her time abroad to being scouted by her college coach by simply running on campus. Miles & Milestones EP3: Bethany Bolthouse: Therapy Helps
In this episode we got to sit down with Bethany Bolthouse, married, mom of 1, son is soon to turn 2, avid runner, and therapist. Bethany opens up and shows some vulnerability about her birth story and the impact it has had on her beginning motherhood. She is a faster runner now than she was back in high school which she attributes to becoming a Mom.

Miles and Milestones: Chelsea Harp: Marathon Mom
In our second episode, we got to sit down with Chelsea Harp.She is originally from Texas, married, has four daughters from 14-4, is a run coach and recently just ran 3:17 at the Boston marathon. Both parents were actually tennis pros though she never really pursued it. Chelsea actually ran her 1st marathon in 2008 at Chicago but didn't run another one until 11 years and 2 kids later. In this episode, the major takeaway I had was, marathon training and being pregnant are similar in a lot of ways. Miles and Milestones: Stephanie Morgan: Super Mom
In our first ever episode we got to talk to Stephanie Morgan DPT. She is a Mom of 2, multi marathoner, multi 70.3 iron man, competed in Ironman World champs last year in Spain, Co CEO of White Tail running (a running community as well as a run coach platform). Her background in athletics began in her younger years where she ran track in high school and later at Clemson University. The biggest take away this episode has is the importance of communication. Communicating with not only your kids but spouses, parents, and the community. Our guest Stephanie is in the running for a Super Mom contest.
