Went out and began to feel self conscious but I challenged my feelings in order to get through my day. I did go in that very store I talked about. I also went to wash clothes and It went smoothly. Don’t let your feelings of having to present yourself in a certain way affect you. Push through! At the end of the day, no one really cares that much anyway . Lol enjoy. xo
