Being a Christian Creatives comes with its fair share of highs and lows, you would think it would be a fairly easy industry to be in but actually!!!! It can be difficult. The Lord gave me this idea back in March but it's been sitting in my notes gathering DUST!! He filled me with the Holy Spirit last week when we were talking and he gave me the wisdom to approach the idea using his word and also life experiences. Today I’m speaking about the differences and similarities between manifesting and prayer. This all came about because I was having a conversation with my dad in which he inferred that manifestation and prayer were two of the same. I was confused because if anything, to me, manifesting is actually selfish!! Not something that comes from God. So I went away and absolutely partnered and when I say partnered, I mean we were hand in handdddd with the Holy Spirit to get this revelation that I’m bringing to you today. Today we're discussing the parable of there talents in Matthew 25 I liken the story to my own life and how I don't wish to hide the talents that God has so generously given to me. Sometimes we can get stuck on the idea of why haven't I been chosen and have the attitude of thinking we're so much better than those that have been chosen but it begs the question, are we actively stewarding the things of Christ properly? We're all sinners and all fall short of the glory of the Lord. Nobody is beneath repentance and just because we have a God that is forgiving and will love us regardless of our sins doesn't mean we should take advantage of that by sinning and assuming forgiveness. Asking for forgiveness and repentance is something we should be doing everyday as Christians and even I forget because I'm human like everybody else.
