    I'm shifting my 'You' from Significant Other to the 'You' that's me

I found this 'left, right, left' consideration also is present in seiza (vajrasana) and also bokken training (Aikido), where left guides at the hand but in vajrasana, the right great toe supports the left great toe in maintaining appropriate balance between the left, which needs a little growth support, versus right that could get too strongly right to be good for the left.I discovered males (ref: yoga texts say left represents female side of body and right male) tend to have superiority complex because they think they are inferior due to societal conditionings and/or evolutionary peltings, where the male genes of 'Y' chromosome started reducing from 900 genes to present 55 genes or so starting Late Triassic Era when there was a mass extinction event and at a time when early mammals were showing up. Care, that mammals are known for due to being also milk-producing organism, may have required less violent 'Y/why' for being in existence than the organisms present then, and civilisation has been seeing violent behaviours (given by the number of manvantaras or Noah's Ark events found documented across the globe, with India itself having 50 versions of Manusmriti, the last time I checked.     I think the previous mention of Brangahriday was Part 1. This audio got so long, the App on which I was making it got to 'max length' and requested me to start another one. There are details in this one that might help patch some of the historical and herstorical details of how/why some phenomenon may have been noticed/observed without explanations of why in a conglomerate science called conscience that I began collating details of as I came across bits of information that couldn't be randomly told coz I didn't have all the details myself, and still is developing and I found needs be said coz people may be collating bits of archeological facts from across the globe in solving #hardproblemofconsciousness. I would have thought I am deluded or that people would think I am deluded, but 2 years of the pandemic and several bits of information that makes/made no sense until I actually shared and then #hum;anityacrossboundaries over different social media let me know by algorithmical details that I am not speaking into a vacuum and that people also would like to know stuff they didn't know there was that construct of reality too. More than 'this world is an illusion,' facts and figures not know is why we have constructs and theories of everything the way they are made sense, so sharing what I know from what I have observed by jigsaw puzzle-like collating details as to how conscientious professionalism in healthcare with or without somebody noticing may help us help us all in becoming better humane species. (I am writing this over poor sleep, so there's this rambling loopy-sentence typing, but maybe that would give some insight as to what goes on in the mind of a pioneer/founder who is attempting to bring attention to workings of different levels of consciousness in clarifying consciousness' relationship with conscience?     This is how Indus Valley Civilization disappeared - Part 1

    #ShivaTrilogy has this idea of Maika from where kids then grew in respective houses depending on the quality of their make..kinda like the idea of God's lineup of babies who the storks got to homes.Different class of people according to their make. But, then, I found Earth is like this big fertilised ovum with potential meristem cells that then form different parts of the body according to the intelligence in their stem cells that cluster together into respective body parts/tissues/organs/organ systems, like birds of a feather flock together. We have some people who are more interested in cooking, some in weather forecasting, some to gaze at stars and the like. Since birth, we do watch out for our tribe and to vibe with complementary tribes/groups of people. We, already, are a multi planetary species within the same human body make, with our various microorganisms forming a microcosm as we interact with genetic family and epigenetic biofilms according to the health of our make at a point in time. I used to participate in business networking groups and then discovered my make was getting different coz I did Nirbeeja Yoga while I was in the networking halls and so dramas affecting my circadian rhythms were getting detraumatized, and people couldn't contain the matter coz they had no access to ongoingly 'have' the benefits of clearer conscience since their consciousness processes did not have the metabolism good enough to decode toxins and integrate into better clearer conscience. So, now I am like Sita-Sati-Parvati-Kubjikaamata-Bharatmata at core of Earth or like black hole at the center of Milky Way Galaxy with a Sagittarius A-line (plan A to Z all for Plan A) arrowed by Shiva's Bow at Earth for enlivening life/Life in multiverse from all of humanity headquartered on planet Earth and required to function by #MIese-based communication values (Universal Language of Love/Life).
