Matt Carter is the creator and host of the Touched Out podcast, and winner of the 2024 Australian Parenting Podcast of the Year. award. Touched Out examines mental health through the lens of parenthood and has helped many parents from all around the world, but also serves as a therapeutic practice for Matt, who is himself no stranger to the struggle.
