New cross-border oil pipeline approved to link Canada to Wyoming
U.S. President Donald Trump approved a new cross-border oil pipeline project linking Canada to Wyoming. The pipeline would carry up to about 550,000 barrels of oil per day from Canada through Montana to Wyoming. The City of Vancouver has ceased funding for a program that helped vulnerable populations stay safe during extreme heat. What lead to this decision?
