If you’d like to be featured on the podcast please email [email protected] letting me know where you live, where you grew up and a little bit about yourself.- Emily(Please note this episode discusses infertility and access to abortion.)Claudia’s Mango Pico de Gallo* 2 mangos* 2-3 tomatoes (Feel free to use more/less if you love tomatoes)* Lemon juice* Cilantro (better if you use fresh)* 1 onion (I use a purple one for a subtler taste)* Salt and pepper to taste* Chop the mangos, tomatoes, onions and cilantro. Mix together and add the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Better if chilled before serving. You can serve it with tortilla chips and on top of a lettuce salad.Bon appétit!
