Sorry this one came around a bit late, didn't want it to get lost to F1's Hungarian GP, this one's a bit special as Chris DeHarde of Frontstretch.com joins Dre, RJ and Cam to talk about all things Nashville as Alex Palou commit a wild case of daylight robbery in Nashville, on a Monday?!Yeah, the race was going to be immdiately after the World Cup Final, but mother nature decided there was other plans, with a lightning hold then a storm flooding the track causing a postponement until Monday afternoon. The other major story was David Malukas starting from the back of the grid after crashng his #12 Penske in practice. Palou took advantage of Alex Rossi forgotting how to pit properly and being hit by Scott Dixon, to dive into the pits and make the commitment line before the caution came out, jumping him to the front. After that,. he survived the entire Penske fleet behind him to take his fifth win of the season, extending his Championship lead to 83 points with just six rounds left. The foursome talk the brilliance of Palou's win, as well as the difficult nature of running a race on a Monday, and how rancid the dialogue got in regardless to the race, and the series on social media. It's the rise of the machines, depending on who you ask. Kimi Antonelli wins another race at the Belgian Grand Prix, and with a battery-short George Russell put in the gravel trap thanks to Lewis Hamilton, we're back to a 45-point lead for the Italian teenager with just one race to go before the Summer Break. Is the Italian starting to run away with it?We also discuss both that and the controversial Charles Leclerc/Oscar Piastri block and whether that crossed the line for a penalty. Well he has a huge highside at Turn 6 down the waterfall and breaks his collarbone. He was out of the weekend meaning just 13 points from the Italian in the last 4 weekends. In maybe the biggest silly season move in IndyCar history (At least according to William "Billy" Buxton and to be fair, he's probably right), that in startling news, Scott Dixon is leaving Chip Ganassi after 25 years with the team, to move to McLaren on a multi-year contract for 2027 and beyond.Dre, Cam and RJ talk about all the potential ramifications, because not only is Dixon heading to McLaren, Indy 500 Winner Felix Rosenqvist is heading back to the Papaya in replacement of Nolan Siegel. Yes, Christian Lundgaard is done with McLaren while sitting third in the Championship. What happens next? Who takes the #66 car at MSR? Does Chip bringing in Lundgaard as his new #9 project? Who else could be in play?There was also a race this weekend, as McLaren followed up the rumours with their best ever IndyCar result, a 1-2 finish in Mid-Ohio and Pato O'Ward's first win of the season, with Lundgaard close behind in second. The biggest F1 race of all-time, by attendance alone - 175,000 in the house at Silverstone for the 2026 British Grand Prix, and for the first time in over 600 days, Charles Leclerc is back in the win column. But it was a rocky road to get there.The weekend looked like it was going to be a fight between Kimi Antonelli and Lewis Hamilton after the latter took Sprint Pole, and Kimi won said Sprint late on while draining Lewis' battery. But Leclerc was stronger on Sunday with a strong defensive drive. But Kimi Antonelli showed outrageous pace while going long on his medium tyres, gaining a 10-lap tyre delta and a 1.5 second pace advantage... until a broken wheel shield while driving over the kerb at Copse ruined his day.To compound his misery, we had a late Safety Car drop him out of the points due to a track limits penalty, and a SC that took a rather long time to be cleared after Max Verstappen's rear wing failed to close properly, putting the Dutchman into the wall at Stowe. It's led to a mass debate about Safety Car procedures and the classic battle between sports and entertainment. Should we be red flagging races late? Ai Ogura is no longer a surprise. After 22 years of waiting, we have a Japanese winner in MotoGP again, and he did it in stunning style. We've joked for a while that Ogura has a knack for having brilliant late-race pace, and the Dutch Grand Prix at Assen was no exception. In a weekend dominated by Aprilia, Ogura surged past Jorge Martin and Raul Fernandez at the half-way mark and was completely untouchable after that. But it also a weekend that was yet more trouble for now ex-Championship leader Marco Bezzecchi. A crash at 125mph going through Ramshoek now drops him behind Jorge Martin in the points, Diggia's now only -16, Ogura -25 , and Marc Marquez loses no ground at -40. In fact, the Top 8 in the standings are covered by 63 points. He was just 4 laps from glory until his engine packed up and ended his day. The biggest flashpoint of the 2026 MotoGP season so far and Dre Harrison and Cam Buckley review it all on the latest episode of Motorsport101, as Marco Bezzecchi got himself banned from the Czech Grand Prix at Brno for double slapping a marshal.Dre and Cam recollect the incident as well as talk about why even a race ban might not have been harsh enough, why we need to be careful in making sweeping statements about Bezzecchi's character and why it shouldn't be applied to the incident itself, and the ramifications in terms of a title race where Marc Marquez has taken 62 points out of Bez since Mugello.Speaking of which, he dug deep to win a race he wasn't supposed to win. He sat back and let teammate Pecco Bagnaia take the early lead, only for Marc to pass him with 5 laps to go, then hold off the incredibly fast Ai Ogura on used rubber to get the win, and with it, Marquez is in sight of the Championship lead, just 40 points behind Bezzecchi. Welcome back, Toyota, it's good to see you again. I'll let RJ's excellent guide to the show guide this description for our Le Mans 24 Hours Review, sorry it was slightly later than planned - DreFor over three decades, Toyota at Le Mans was a tale of persistent sorrow, with its lowest moment coming ten years ago when its leading car, with Kazuki Nakajima behind the wheel, retired from the lead as it took the white flag. Toyota had since gotten the win at Le Mans after 33 years of trying, but only after LMP1 rivals Audi and Porsche left the sport, leaving Toyota to pick off five straight wins against several privateer efforts (and RebAlpine, for a bit). Since the proper start of the OEM Hypercar era, however, Toyota had gotten reacquainted with disappointment at Le Mans, narrowly finishing second twice to Ferrari in the last three years and falling further away last year.But now, at last, Toyota has a Le Mans win with no qualifiers, no “yeah but”s, no cubic zirconia, no purported asterisks – going through strong competition to get there in the form of BMW M Team WRT and Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA, who put forth two very strong efforts all race week. The #20 BMW (Frijns/Rast/Sheldon van der Linde) surged to the lead on the first lap, the #8 (Buemi/Hartley/Hirakawa) Toyota TR010 Hybrid led the most laps after going to an alternate pit strategy early, and Cadillac then gained the advantage by being the first to switch to soft tyres at night.Yet it was the #7 Toyota of Mike Conway, Nyck de Vries, and Kamui Kobayashi that came back from a mediocre first quarter of the race, impeded by an untimely puncture and a driveshaft sensor problem, which took home the victory. A Safety Car for Porsche driver Ayhancan Güven’s big crash, and a Full Course Yellow for a broken down Aston Martin LMGT3 car, and some crafty overtaking (Golden Melon, anyone?) helped the #7 Toyota take the lead and never give it up.It’s Conway and Kobayashi’s second overall wins at Le Mans for Toyota, and the first for de Vries. The #20 BMW came a close second, finishing 10.9 seconds off the win in the second-closest competitive finish at Le Mans in event history, while the #8 Toyota and #12 Cadillac (Stevens/Nato/Deletraz) finished third and fourth.

Apologies if you were expecting a more in-depth episode title.Dre, Cam and RJ are finally back together and with it, a ludicrous victory at the Barcelona GP (Catalunya to its friends), for Lewis Hamilton, his first victory for Ferrari and his first himself since the 2024 Belgium Grand Prix he inherited. It makes for an interesting dynamic as we enter the one third stage in the title race. Is Ferrari back in the game now Mercedes has finally been defeated? Is Charles Leclerc now cooked and resigned to being Ferrari's #2 driver? And is Lewis a genuine title threat now he's only 41 points behind Kimi Antonelli? Beyond that, more on George Russell after another rough day from the lead of a race, Antonelli's battery failing just as he was taking another head-to-head, the latest on Podiumgate from Monaco as Pierre Gasly gets a podium finish reinstated, and now Nico Hulkenberg suffered a genuine one in a million car failure. 

And finally, to wrap up out ultra-block of episodes: IndyCar at Gateway for the Bommarito 500, and in shocking news - Josef Newgarden, even on one good leg, is still fast enough to keep his status as the best Oval Racer in the world.It was a race of unpredictability and adaptability. We had multiple cautions for crashes, such as Alex Palou and Nolan Siegel combining, with Siegel coming off the worst of it, Graham Rahal off at Turn 4 too. We had multiple rain showers across the race that led to red flags, and a mighty strategic screw up for Chip Ganassi Racing that led to Scott Dixon taking emergency service and Alex Palou losing 2 laps due to running out of fuel on pit road. Disasater for the reigning Champion.At the front, a fight between three men in IndyCar crossroads - Josef Newgarden, still waiting for a new contract for 2027, and hanging around 6th in points, below his usual high standards. Christian Rasmussen, getting a new contract design on paper, an awful season where he's barely in the leader's circle. And Marcus Ericsson, who faces a fight to keep his job at Andretti Global. What will happen in the future for a talented podium that needs results?And Dre has to poor some cold water on Myles Rowe's Indy NXT comeback of the Gods as he went from 24th to the win. Episode 3 of the big ol' block of Podcasts, as RJ swaps out for Cameron Buckley and Dre sits down to review the 2026 Hungarian Grand Prix for MotoGP and uh-oh... Marc Marquez might be back here. It was a dominant second weekend back from injury for the Ant Man, who had a perfect weekend of 37 points to take not only his 100th Grand Prix win, but also the 100th victory for the Factory Ducati squad. IndyCar's morning after the night before as Dre Harrison and RJ O'Connell review their Streets of Detroit round, with a bonus bit of chat about IMSA's Detroit Sprint Race the day before.Given Detroit is their home ground, it was a rough day for Chevy as Alex Palou took his third pole position in a row, and despite some swings and roundabouts for strategy, held off Kyle Kirkwood at the end of the race to take his fourth win of 2026, and extending his Championship lead to 62 points. But how we got there involved another tough set of crashes for ECR, Santino Ferrucci in the wars again, and more clumsy driving around a really unforgiving layout.Also included, a deep dive on IndyCar's new caution rules being put to the test, how a more in jured Josef Newgarden than we thought was actively claiming to be benched for the race, and some industrial sized beef between former teammates Scott McLaughlin and Will Power, that somehow wasn't penalised. Where did Dre put that beehive?

It's the moment we'd all been waiting for in the 2026 title battle - BEEF between the leading men at Mercedes as F1 headed to Montreal for the Canadian Grand Prix. And what a moment it was, Kimi tries to hang it around the outside of Russell in the Sprint Race, and Russell runs Kimi over the Turn 2 grass to keep his place for the win. And this begins the awkward conversations about racecraft, rules of engagement and how Mercedes drivers want to race each other. Antonelli won the battle mind you, with Russell's battery failure in the GP meaning he now sits 43 points behind Antonelli in the Championship. Sadly, the same night we completed our Indy 500 Preview Podcast, we got the devastating news that NASCAR's winningest driver Kyle Busch had suddenly passed away due to complications from Sepsis at the age of just 41. It was a sombre weekend with heartbreaking tributes to him across Motorsport. The boys too pay tribute to an incredible legacy and a driver who understood that racing was about telling a story.Then they review the 110th Indy 500 as Felix Rosenqvist took advantage of a changing weather schedule, a bold startegy, some monster fuel saving, and a brilliant final showdown with teammate Marcus Armstrong and David Malukas to take ultimate glory in what was the closest and maybe greatest Indy 500 of them all. 

And back-to-back days with a Podcast, huzzah! Dre, Cam and RJ are joined by Frontstretch.com's Christopher DeHarde to talk about the 110th Running of the Indy 500 tomorrow, the story so far, and preview the grid before the world's biggest race.It was a dramatic week of prep for quali in a different way - With Bump Day not on the table due to exactly 33 entrants, we had a change of format, with an extra elimination round for Sunday as only Positions 1-9 being locked into the Fast 12, and an extra elimination round for positons 10-15. But with rain destroying Saturday's running, we went to single-run eliminations and a standard Fast 12 and 6 round.It looked like Felixz Rosenqvist had Qualifying in the bag, but a poor final run opened the door for a trimmed-out Alex Palou to take his second Indy 500 pole position and a $100,000 bonus. And on top of that - Alex Rossi, Pato O'Ward and Romain Grosjean had a huge crash on Monday practice, with Rossi breaking his ankle, but still racing on Sunday. A chilling edition of the Motorsport101 podcast as Dre, RJ and Cam review a MotoGP weekend in Barcelona that had two enormous red flag crashes. During the race, Alex Marquez crashed into the back of Pedro Acosta's KTM as it was cutting out. His bike veers violently towards the wall and Marquez falls out, breaking his clavicle and M7 vertebrae, he'll be out for at least the next two races.After the race restarted, Johann Zarco locks a brake going into Turn 1, but gets his leg trapped in the frame of Pecco Bagnaia's Ducati, tearing several ligaments in his knee, his meniscus and breaking the bottom of his fibula. He'll be back in France for at least a fortnight before surgery on his leg to repair the damage. Eventually, Fabio di Giannantonio won, but at what cost?The trio ask the difficult questions. We ponder if KTM should have been allowed back onto the grid after several mechanical problems with their bikes. Should the race have restarted at all with the mood so sour and riders clearly conflicted about wanting to race again. And does Barcelona need more Safety Changes after another horrible accident there? Time for a reprofile of Turn 1? Does Turn 12 need more runoff after Jorge Martin suffered a potential concussion, only to then crash five more times across the weekend? Look after yourselves.IndyCar had their Sonsio Grand Prix at the Indy Road Course this time last week, and all hell broke loose over a controversial incident early on in the race, when Alex Rossi's car dies on the home straight with cars coming through at 170mph, while the series delayed a caution while the leaders chose whether or not to pit, and confusion when even the broadcast wasn't sure if it was a Full Course Yellow. Rossi put the series on blast over a hybrid unit failing to work, and the danger of the situation.It led to a grieving of issues that Dre, RJ and Cam have had with the series for sometime - Including the admittance that IndyCar have been making decisions based on flawed logic, and some of the marketing within the series after the Freedom 250 merchandise faux-pas and a rather touchy Meyer Shank livery, alongside elements of the FOX partnership.It's not for the faint of heart, don't say we didn't warn you. Oh, and Christian Lundgaard won.

Bonus points if any of you spot where the change of transition audio comes from - DreA dramatic MotoGP weekend landed at Le Mans, one of the blue ribbon events on the calendar, and it was dominated by two massive stories. On Saturday, Marc Marquez suffered a huge highside at the end of the Sprint, causing him to break a metatarsal in his foot, leading to him missing the Grand Prix, and the Catalonia GP this weekend in Barcelona. It turns out, he was planning to have surgery on said shoulder after Barcelona anyway, and this crash brought that forward. On top of what could be the end of Marquez's title defence, we also had Aprilia's first ever podium lockout and the first double win of 2026 - Jorge Martin is a GP winner again for the first time in nearly 600 days. Is he now the favourite for the Championship after beating Marco Bezzecchi at his own game? And is Fabio di Giannantonio heading to KTM? All that and more on another M101!

Dre, RJ and Cam pay tribute to the remarkable strength and courage of Alex, a two-time Champ Car Champion, who became a four-time Paralympic Gold Medalist after a life-changing crash at the Lausitzring in 2001. Then they review the Miami Grand Prix, as Kimi Antonelli became the first driver in F1 history to convert his first three pole positions into wins, but he faced a stern test from World Champion Lando Norris in a revamped, fast McLaren, with chaos at the start and at the end. A moved GP due to the rain, Max Verstappen spinning at Turn 2 of the opening lap, Pierre Gasly being accidentally punted into the wall, and final lap chaos as Charles Leclerc gets too clever and breaks his own steering arm. As you do. But was the racing actually any better now we have new rules? And is Mohammed Ben Sulayem serious about pushing V8's back into F1? We break it down on another Motorsport101!

We had a dry-to-wet Sprint Race where Marc Marquez crashed on the transitional period and it actually helped him win in the most bizarre of circumstances. We'll explain how he did and how it actually turned out legal!All of that for Marc to bin it during the second lap of the actual grand prix, clearing the way for brother Alex to come around full-circle and take back-to-back wins at Jerez. Jorge Martin took advantage of a Pecco Bagnaia rear tyre vibration to win the Sprint on the final lap of the race, giving Martin the World Championship lead for a day, his first for nearly a year and a half. But behind, Marc Marquez took out Fabio Di Giannatonio and Marco Bezzecchi crashes out in a Sprint for the second time this season.Bez then took revenge in the Grand Prix to take his fifth GP in a row, only the third rider of the modern age to do so, the only rider ever to lead every single lap in a five-race winning streak, and pushed the record for consecutive laps lead to a whopping 121. Is Aprilia officially now the best bike in MotoGP?And what's up with Marc Marquez? A weekend where nothing really went right with him - A 115mph crash in practice, a take out in the Sprint, and a GP where he had to come back from 11th to get back in the picture. Welcome to the special extended Max Verstappen edition of a Motorsport101 episode where he absolutely became the main character. Dre and RJ talk about two races in one podcast. First up, F1's Japanese Grand Prix, where before we'd even started the weekend, the FIA had reduced the amount of regen the cars would be allowed to cut down on Superclipping, and Verstappen threw out a journalist from his media briefing on Thursday. So of course, we had to break down all of that.Meanwhile, Kimi Antonelli dominated the second half of the race off the back of a Safety Car to take back-to-back pole and wins as George Russell was in the wars after having a bad setup. Given Kimi's become the youngest man to ever lead the World Championship, could he go all the way? That Safety Car though, may be the wake up call the sport needs after Ollie Bearman had a 30mph closing speed difference between himself, and Franco Colapinto who he was attempting to pass into the Spoon. He goes into the wall at 150mph, a 50G crash that caused a knee contusion. Will this be the catalyst for change in the sport?There's also discussion that Verstappen may retire because he dislikes the sport's regulations that much. Is that really going to happen? Welcome to the respecting the bumps edition of the show, as we have a rare double feature, reviewing MotoGP's return to Brazil after 22 years away and the return of IMSA to Sebring. One track respected their bumps, the other very much didn't.We doubled up on this episode besides the original felt a little empty. There wasn't a huge amount of racing to talk about. Marc Marquez took advantage of a Diggia mistake to take the Sprint, while Marco Bezzecchi Grand Slammed the Grand Prix to become just the fifth rider in modern MotoGP history to win four GP's in a row, and with it, the Championship lead for the first time. And not to forget, Jorge Martin followed him home for the first Aprilia factory 1-2 since Barcelona 2023. Are they here?But of course, you're here for the track falling apart. An 80 minute Sprint Delay due to a sewage system being exposed due to heavy rainfall moving the soil under the track, and then a last minute call to reduce the GP to 23 laps because of asphalt falling apart in the penultimate sector. Great. A farcical plan for the race that questions whether this is a serious sport sometimes. There's also a review of Sebring, with Porsche dominating from start to finish, but with controversy with Felipe Nasr ignoring a team order in the #7 car to beat his teammate #6 Porsche with Kevin Estre at the helm. Controversial? There's also talk about the BoP, whether Cadillac can contend, and Antonio Fuoco going wild in GTD. It's another stacked M101, and it's right here!

Has the Will Power revenge tour finally began with his first Andretti podium? An amazing result for Kimi Antonelli who was just one lap shy of a Grand Slam in Shanghai as he dominated the Chinese Grand Prix to become F1's just second teenage winner. He did by taking advantage of small errors from teammate George Russell and another dogfight with the plucky Ferrari's. Dre and Cam Buckley review all the action, as well as the midfield barfight for the minor points, both McLaren's failing to START (Again in Piastri's case), and another miserable day for Max Verstappen, who tee'd off on the state of the regulations. All that and more on a packed M101, and tune back in for IndyCar tomorrow!

Sorry it's taken a bit longer than billed, but here's a big IndyCar catchup Podcast before our Arlington episode drops this weekend as the season finally takes a proper chill week!Dre and RJ wrap-up a very straightforward beat em' up weekend for Alex Palou in St Petersberg as Marcus Ericsson and Scott McLaughlin could only try to keep up, but spend the majority of the time catching up on all things Phoenix, returning to the IndyCar calendar for the first time in eight years, and with it - A huge win for Josef Newgarden to dethrone Alex Palou's 22-race streak of leading the standings.How we got there? Another Palou and Rinus Veekay collision on an oval. Whoops. Phoenix also gave us another potentially brilliant oval performance from Christian Rasmussen, who RJ has now nicknamed "Mr Excitement" was on the brink of a potential win, until he had a crash with Will Power in the late stages, damaging his car out of competition. All that and more discussed as Dre and RJ go in depth on the season so far, in this episode of Motorsport101!

After all the talk, all the hype and all the debate, the 2026 F1 Season finally got underway at the Australian Grand Prix in Albert Park, and it was a hectic event to say the least. Adrian Newey said his car was unsafe for purpose before we even turned a wheel!Mercedes were every bit the bookies favourite many thought they were, taking complete control of the weekend with a 1-2 finish. But we didn't get there without a huge FP3 crash and a race against the clock for the Mercedes pitcrew to fix it in time. Not ideal! It also had to deal with Max Verstappen spinning into the wall, Ferrari punching them in the nose via a lightning start, and Oscar Piastri crashing on his sighting lap. Strange way of keeping the curse alive. Dre and RJ debate all of that, as well as promising signs out of Red Bull's Isack Hadjar, Gabriel Bortoleto scoring points for Audi on debut, Arvid Lindblad doing the same for Racing Bulls, and why Aston Martin is even more fucked than we thought. And are they throwing Honda under the bus?

Honestly......Dre, Cam and RJ are back to review the penultimate race on the F1 2025 calendar at the Lusail International Circuit as Max Verstappen laid down one more victory to bring his Championship deficit to 12, and questions asked in the McLaren strategy department yet again. With the race a mandated two-stopper and 25 lap stint maximums were in effect, McLaren stayed out for "flexibility" sake and wanting to play fair, and it opened the door for Max Verstappen to punish them. Again.Cam blows his rag about putting the fries in the bag and wrapping this up, while Dre says that McLaren simply doesn't trust their riders. Is that the case, or is this just classic incompetence?There's also a hearty chat about the nasty online abuse suffered by Kimi Antonelli, Ferrari's new nadir after another hellaciously bad weekend, Carlos Sainz on the podium again for Williams and Red Bull's new driver lineup after Yuki Tsunoda says goodbye for Isack Hadjar and Arvid Lindblad heads up from F2, to Racing Bulls.

Remember folks, what Verstappens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. Dre, Cam and RJ are back to review yet another mad twist in the Championship race. Max Verstappen overcome a wet qualifying session and a spooked Norris off the line to take a dominant win in Nevada, but with the added bonus of both McLaren's being disqualified after the race for excessive skid block wear. It turns out lifting and coasting and a really low ride height has been harming McLaren for some time. Are they at their limit, and can Norris wrap up the title this weekend in Qatar?The trio also talk about the big breaking news story - Adrian Newey is taking over Aston Martin as their Team Principal for the first time in his 30+ year career, with current team boss Andy Cowell moving into the engine department as Chief Strategic Officer. Can a 67-year old Newey steer Aston Martin to glory? Or is this a waste of the great man's holistic talents?There's also more on Mercedes double podium, Ferrari's malaise, whether Vegas is starting to fall flat and the maths heading into a Qatar GP where a 25-lap limit will be put on Pirelli's tires. 

One last ride to close out the 2025 MotoGP Season as Marco Bezzecchi takes to the front and dominates the final round of the Championship in Valencia, and seal third overall in the standings. With it he also seals Aprilia's best ever season in MotoGP, with 4 wins across the brand, the first to win two in a row, and their first 1-2 finish since Catalunya 2023. Is the most serious warning shot yet that Aprilia are coming for Ducati's crown?There's also Fabio Di Giannantonio doing just enough to keep Ducati's 88-race podium GP streak alive, and one more horrible Pecco Bagnaia weekend for the road, including a fuel tank that wasn't filled during qualifying and then being absolutely blasted by Johann Zarco on the opening lap. Welp.We also talk Diogo Moreira winning the Moto2 World Championship in a surprisingly sombre decider, the latest to come out of the Valencia test, Franco Morbidelli's embarassing crash that led to breaking a bone in his hand, and Joan Mir's kamikaze Sprint crash with his own teammate that pisses off one Cameron Buckley...

And to complete the pre-race festivities, it's Miguel Oliveira, and a boat.It was a weird MotoGP weekend in Portugal in the sport's first ever 21st round. We had one of the greatest Sprints ever with Pedro Acosta and Alex Marquez in combat for the win in what was a classic... followed by a completely boring GP where Marco Bezzecchi tinkered with the bike overnight and then dominated the opposition. As you do.Dre and Cam throw out their usual script for the episode and decide to just wing in. And in doing so, talk about that great sprint, the state of Acosta's current form, whether Aprilia can keep up this challenge, and more. There's also a discussion about Miguel Oliveira leaving MotoGP for World Superbikes and that pre-race celebration before the off, and an update on Jose Antonio Rueda and Noah Dettwiler with both riders now at home to continue their recoveries. 

Oh boy. Lando Norris is on a rampage. Six races ago, it looked like it was Piastri's to lose. Now there's a bigger chance that Lando Norris wraps the Championship up earlier. How did we get here? A perfect 33-point double victory weekend for Norris, who dominated Brazil, leading every single meaningful session in the process, with Piastri spinning in to the outside wall during the Sprint, and then limping home 5th in the Grand Prix after a 10-second penalty for causing a controversial collision with Kimi Antonelli. Dre, Cam and RJ break it down on a special Monday recording edition of the Podcast!We also talk about Antonelli's breakthrough weekend, as well as the spicy comments made by Ferrari chairman John Elkann, who claimed his drivers needed to focus more and talk less in the fight for second in the Championship. It's been 11 years of Motorsport101 in your listening world, and to celebrate the occasion in a free week of F1 and MotoGP, Dre Harrison and RJ O'Connell sit down to rewatch a iconic race of the turbo-hybrid era - F1's 2015 Malaysian Grand Prix from Sepang International Circuit.It was iconic for many reasons. Sebastian Vettel won for Ferrari in just his second ever start in red, after spending almost his entire career to date in the Red Bull umbrella, and he single-handedly injected some hope into the sport again after a brtually dominant start to the V6 era in 2014 - Where Mercedes won 16 out of 19 races, with Lewis Hamilton winning six out of the final seven to take his second World Title. But after a dreadful 2014 for Ferrari, Seb was the shot in the arm that Maranello, and maybe the whole sport needed.Dre and RJ talk about how Seb might now be underrated by modern-day metrics, how dominant the Ferrari was that day in terms of tire wear, just how surprisingly racy Sepang and the cars of 2015 were back then, and a whole lot more as they rewatch Sepang 2015 in full, and you can follow along too via the F1 TV access, listen in to hear how we did it!

Wish this was a brighter and perkier episode of Motorsport101, but sometimes we get no choice in the matter. This episode is dominated by the horrific accident between Noah Dettwiler and Jose Antonio Rueda during the Moto3 sighting lap last week. Dettwiler's bike had a technical problem and was slow on the outside of the track, Rueda didn't know that and ploughed into the back of him at near full racing speed. Thankfully, since the time of recording this on Wednesday, Rueda's injuries are not life-threatening with a concussion and broken hand, with Noah now out of intensive care after suffering an open fracture to the leg, multiple cardiac arrests and a broken neck. Dre, Cam and RJ talk about the nature of Moto3's diminishing coverage and why dropping Sunday warm-ups may have indirectly contributed to the accident, what it could potentially take for a race to be cancelled and the nature of a horrible year in bike racing for injuries. There's also a brief review of the Malaysian GP itself as Alex Marquez and Pecco Bagnaia split victories, with the latter suffering a rear puncture of all things, Joan Mir getting back on the podium for Honda, and more.
