    Dan Forward, Co-Director of Jamaica Pond Parkrun

    My guest today is Dan Forward, who has been the co-directorof Jamaica Pond Parkrun since 2018. Parkrun is a free, 5K community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer, or spectate. Dan began running in 2011 during law school and is now a multiple-time Boston Marathoner with a personalbest of 2:43. He lives in Jamaica Plain with his wife, Sara, and their dog.

She is the Owner of Liberated Light Counseling, a Field Advisor at Boston College School of Social Work, a Licensure Equity Coach through the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers, Captain of PIONEERS Run Crew, and Race Director of 26.TRUE Marathon. Rochelle also serves younger runners as a Girls on the Run Greater Boston coach on their Associate Board, and finally, she serves on the Boston Athletic Association Running Collaborative Steering Committee.
