Now faced with hungry cannibals, cultists and junkies the newest addition to this ramshackle community Arlene has to find a way to survive aswell as her own place in this newly formed society.

Now roping in her aging Lothario father Felix (Murray) she sets out on a quest to find out the truth

Bradley Cooper stars as the down on his luck Stan, who having stumbled into working for a traveling carnival soon begins to the learn the tricks of the clairvoyant. But as his confidence grows so does his ambitions as he soon sets his sights on the wealthy elite.

    Kim and Elwood re-evaluation of the filmography of Hayao Miyazaki this time looks at Howl's Moving Castle a film which argued that there was still a place for hand drawn animation as a young girl is turned into an old woman by a jealous witch with her only hope of being turned back resting with the self-indulgent yet insecure wizard Howl.

    Kim and Elwood re-evaluation of the filmography of Hayao Miyazaki reaches the Oscar winning Spirited Away and a film which arguably brought an intrest in Studio Ghibli to the mainstream. The film following ten-year-old Chihiro whose parents are turned into pigs when they stumble into an abandoned amusement park which at night becomes a resort for spirits. Now put to work in the bathhouse she must find a way to turn her parents back and escape the spirit realm.

    The battle between nature and industry is waged in Princess Mononoke a fantasy epic set in the 14th century as Ashitaka having had his arm infected after a demon attack soon finds himself caught up in the war between the ancient forest gods lead by San and the human forces of Lady Eboshi.

    Kim and Elwood re-evaluation of the filmography of Hayao Miyazaki this time looks at arguably one of the hidden gems of his filmography Porco Rosso. Set in the aftermath of world war 1 were hotshot pilot Porco has been turned into a humanoid pig battling sky pirates only for an American ace to set his sights on taking down the flying pig.

    Kim and Elwood re-evaluation of the filmography of Hayao Miyazaki takes a look at another Studio Ghibli favourite with Kiki's Delivery Service as 13-year-old Kiki moves to a seaside town with her talking cat, Jiji, to spend a year alone, in accordance for witches in training. But when she looses her powers she begins to question if they will ever come back.

    Kim and Elwood continue their re-evaluation of the filmography of Hayao Miyazaki Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind based on his manga released the previous year. Set in a post apocalyptic future were the survivors of humanity live in scattered settlements while giant insects roam the desert landscape which the teenage princess Nausicaä has learned to communicate with. But when a rival kingdom plans to revive and ancient weapon she finds herself drawn into a quest to stop them.

    Kim and Elwood kick off their season long look at the films of Studio Ghibli co-founder and legendary animator Hayao Miyazaki starting with his directorial debut The Castle of Cagliostro The second movie adaptation of the long running Lupin the 3rd series as the legendary thief finds himself caught up in a counterfeiting plot while attempting to rescue the kidnapped princess Clarisse and finally discover the hidden treasure of Cagliostro.

    Elwood and Kim don their best deer stalker hats to look at Knives Out the first of Rian Johnson's Benoit Blanc mysteries as he attempts to undercover who is responsible for the death of a crime novelist and the suspects are plentiful.

    Kim and Elwood look at the sci-fi horror Virus in which a tugboat crew escaping a storm discover a seemingly abandoned Russian communication ship only to soon discover that the ship has been taken over by an alien presence which plans to us the crew for spare parts. Regarded by Jamie Lee Curtis as the worst movie she ever made, we find out if it's as bad as she claims while looking at it's production from Dark Horse comic to the questionable acting choices of some of the cast and more!

    Shark Week returns to the podcast as Elwood and Kim finally sit down to talk about Jaws which not only created the summer blockbuster but also spawned hundreds of imitators in it's wake. We look at what make this film stand out compared to it's counterparts, draw comparisons to the book and why this film still makes us question if it's safe to go back into the water.
