Still a newb at boundaries
Ramblings of 'learning to disengage from highly emotional interactions. Such a simple concept. Don't energy match, disengage, and possibly revisit to keep conversations spiraling into nightmares. I have reacted so poorly to mental health issues that we have faced over the years and am quite frankly embarrassed. The situation may not change. My response must change.
