He walks through common scripts scammers use, warning signs to watch for, and practical steps to protect yourself: don’t call numbers or click links in unsolicited messages, never give passwords, block and delete suspicious contacts, and verify with known phone numbers and bank branches. Bill also lists resources for reporting fraud (IC3, FTC) and advises families to monitor finances, consider early legal protections, and share information to prevent others from becoming victims.
