Why is it so hard to accept compliments? And are compliments really meant to make someone else feel better or do they really just make us feel better about ourselves? This week Alyssa and Sandy talk about learning to say thank you and some of the most uncomfortable moments where they've found themselves at the receiving end of an awkward compliment.
