Hey, the title of today's podcast rhymes!  It may even be a haiku!  If that alone doesn't entice you to listen to today's episode, then nothing I type here will make any difference.

There used to be a time when GAME OVER meant something, the Huskers would commit to the run, volleyball games were played indoors, murderous mothers were punished while good moms let their kids have a little freedom, and banks had your money when you asked for it -- but those times have apparently changed!

Anthony Fauci's journal entries would definitely qualify as "Moonbat Email" on the Chris Baker Show!  We get into that, as well as a troubling update on a scary southwest Omaha incident from this past spring, surgeons who have a bad day at work, the ongoing issues with Cracker Barrel, and more!

The local paper had an interesting front page on America's 250th birthday, I have a knockout winner for the title of Most Patriotic Movie, and the President may have scored a big GOOOAAAALLLLL with a phone call.  All that and more today!

Well, "Independende Day Eve," but no less festive!

That penalty last night was asinine!  How can they do that to the US just before our birthday?!?  We also have homophobic Mexicans, racist pickles, and mean promissory notes.

There's a phrase Gary Sadlemyer uses on those rare days where he's not quite feeling 100% focus, saying he's "half a bubble off" (on a level, you know?).  Well, today, both Jim Rose and I were off by half a bubble.  That's a full bubble!  Still, we plowed forward to discuss the Cornhusker Clink conditions, the Memorial Park concert (Party Omaha's Beth Hansen stopped in to help award a fun prize), the best Huskers from each decade, why America won't be selling as many cars in the future, and more.
