There's a phrase Gary Sadlemyer uses on those rare days where he's not quite feeling 100% focus, saying he's "half a bubble off" (on a level, you know?).  Well, today, both Jim Rose and I were off by half a bubble.  That's a full bubble!  Still, we plowed forward to discuss the Cornhusker Clink conditions, the Memorial Park concert (Party Omaha's Beth Hansen stopped in to help award a fun prize), the best Huskers from each decade, why America won't be selling as many cars in the future, and more.

And, we have a Husker Buzz with Sean Callahan, outdoor weekend tips with Greg Wagner, and more!

The President went looking for a fight with the Senate (and found one!), we have "wanted posters" up in midtown Omaha, Jim thinks Pete is in trouble, and more!

Most of the time today, we're talking about the socialist craze sweeping the nation just in time for America's 250th and Jim's issues with a fun golf event at Memorial Stadium -- until we take a moment to ask Gov. Pillen about both of those things!  

Turns out, sinkholes are good for business!  We have a CWS winner as the longtime voice of the Series steps down.  We talk with Bill Jensen about that before chatting with Sen. Ricketts about the President invading the Senate GOP meeting tomorrow.  And, of course the "a gang member took my soul" arson suspect was discussed today, too!

Thankfully, it also began with an infusion of patriotism over Memorial Day weekend, Husker baseball and softball excitement (even with the newsworthy ejection!), and more!

Those topics are not necessarily in that order.  We also tried rhino-tranq and GTA, took 40-year-olds shots of New Coke, talked to Greg Wagner from NE Game and Parks, and more!

We talked this morning about bad teachers, Trump's plan to fix up DC, A.I., and more.  One or two of these topics led to emails from several female members of KFAB Nation to "Please smack Jim Rose!"

We're neither "DJs" nor "sarcastically happy," but I decided to title the podcast with a comment that popped up on the air right after a fun round of Jim and I yelling at each other (good naturedly) off the air.  What did we talk about today?  VIP snorkeling, NU's ticket policy, living in a retirement community, Jim's favorite clothing brands (yes, that came up), a visit from Greg Wagner from Game and Parks, and so much more!
