New York City's has an abundance of museums and cultural institutions, it's certainly true that too many could scramble the eggs of one's brain once it comes time to narrow choices down.There's an incredible diversity of world-class museums in this city—spread across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, but also with regard to subject matter.There are the major art players, like the Met and the Brooklyn Museum, with massive headquarters housing expansive collections. But there are smaller spots—the famed Guggenheim, the International Center for Photography Museum—as well as those concerned not with art but history and science.
