I wanted to dedicate an episode to raise awareness for this extremely difficult condition and to just be a safe, positive outlet for anyone who may be experiencing the same. IMPORTANT LINKS FROM THIS EPISODE ⁠Grow Therapy⁠ - What I've been using for my CBT treatment and it has been helping immensely. They provide various resources for mental health such as weekly sessions with a therapist and even psychiatry appointments as well. Truly my saving grace! ⁠Yoga/Meditation Playlist⁠ - I created a playlist on my YouTube channel for all the different Yoga/Meditation session videos I've been using to calm me in moments of anxiety and panic.
