The hosts of NFH are honoured to be joined by Wade Davison @wade.davison to talk about his book about the exceptional and sadly too short life of his brother Todd Davison titled His Last Shift: The Playbook of Todd Davison. In Wade's words: "A book about an incredible young man living an empowered life in the face of chaos of fear."

Frank Littlejohn joins the boys at NFH 

We did it! The Girl-dad NFH hosts are super happy to have our first ever female pro hockey player on the pod. Big thanks to best friend of the pod @rob_schremp.  Brit Howard @brithoward3 joins the gang to talk through the many accomplishments she's had and her awesome career so far.  Notable stories include: 🦩 Her path through the US College system 🦩 Team Canada conditioning camp & rooming with Marie-Philip Poulin 🦩 Having multiple full time gigs in Hockey 

David Ling stopped by to chat with the gents at NFH to go over some key points of his long career. At one point, his number of years played was second only to Jaromir Jagr himself. @rob_schremp 🦩 He was @heybarber before heybarber was cool. Rob Schremp stopped by to hang with the boys and share some stories from an incredible hockey career. 🦩 His only pro fight with Darryl Boyce @outeast47 🦩 Draft day 🦩 His creativity and his love of the entertainment of the game An absolute wizard with the puck, Robbie did things that still confuse TBone to this day.

Mike Peluso @mwalleye1343 dropped by and shared some epic stories. A hell of a career with some unreal highlights: 🦩 surviving a fight against Chara 🦩 pranking Ken Hitchcock 🦩 pulling "the Lemieux" and more!

@mikezigomanis dropped by to hang with the gents at No Flamingo Hockey. 🦩 How many times did Ziggy get drafted? 🦩 What was it like playing against Super Mario? 🦩 What was O'Dogg like in his prime Carolina days? and more!

Mike Sgroi, "The Real", played 16+ pro seasons picking up over 1500 penalty minutes and playing with some of the biggest names in the game. A legendary story teller, we can confirm that one punch from Mike Sgroi would stop Producer Danny's heart.  He visits the NFH podroom to talk about  🦩 Taking his skills outside the game of hockey 🦩 Playing for Michel Therrien 🦩 Trying out the ol' Sean Avery standing in front of the net and more!

Former Maple Leaf & Philadelphia Flyer and all around legendary dude @j_rosehill hung out with the NFH boys and talked about: 🦩 His post retirement gig 🦩 Running into Jagr in Vegas 🦩 Going toe-to-toe with a very close pal and former teammate 🦩 Finishing up his hockey career on his own terms and more!
