Shaun Blackwell is an incredible songwriter and performer. I was lucky enough to create a hardcore band back in the day with him called Upheld. His main music project now is Hemi Hemingway, look him up, listen to his music and be impressed. He's a legend and a great friend and I loved this chat we had about how life has been for him for the last 20 years. The Instagram algorithm knows me too well and a while ago it basically went "Hey Cam, you emotional man. We know you consume a bunch of self care and therapy content, here's some from a Heartbreak Coach named Wendy!" and as always, the Instagram algorithm knew best. Wendy's a Heartbreak and Divorce Coach and is super switched on about how to heal and move on from tough things you've been through. You'll love it.
