Body Count Fools! Yup, that is correct. We interviewed a bada$$ MF from California! Ernie C is the guitarist and founder of the LA band Body Count. He curated and developed the band with his best friend Ice T who still fronts the band to this day. We chat about music, life and about recovery in this episode. What an amazing human being this man is. At 66 years old-he still plays like he is in his 30's. Oh yeah, did I mention they have been nominated for 2 Grammys?
