They are licensed marriage and family therapists from Momentum Counseling Services, just down the road in Sandy, who both see a lot of athletes and have a ton of great info and advice for us.In the classroom we see a lot of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and even deal with it ourselves. So what better way to tackle the topic than to bring in a couple of experts with over 20 years combined experience. We also go into some sports psychology and a little bit of what athletes go through. And of course, "making the grade" movie edition. Enjoy!
