Not That Good Yet Podcast | #0

Hi I am Fran. I have been running consistently for around 2 years and it became a central part of my life. So much so that my girlfriend cannot hear me talking about running shoes anymore. Every time I meet a runner, there are always so many stories, questions and points of view. So I thought of creating this podcast, to talk to people about their running journey and to share their stories. Not That Good Yet does not mean not good enough, it is the opposite. It is a call to action, an humbling principle that we are starting somewhere today and working and building towards our own personal goals, whether they are completing your first 5k race, a Marathon, or a world record. Every week I invite a guest on the show to talk about their experience in sport, how those learnings adapt to life more broadly and what is the underlying drive that keeps them moving. You can expect in depth talks about gear, training methods, current events in running and everything in between. You  can listen to the Not That Good Yet podcast now on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Youtube. Thank you so much for listening in!
